Please allow 2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over £75.

We offer two Royal Mail shipping options for domestic orders:

i) Tracked 48: £4.99

ii) Tracked 24: £5.50

The above are intended to reach the recipient within 48/24 hours respectively, but issues with Royal Mail are not the fault of Alinea. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates : Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beck and Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Alinea.est2026@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
